Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact support within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Product(s) received
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
For cold-chain products, temperature stability is critical.
If a delivery delay or issue occurs:
- We review courier tracking and temperature data
- If product stability cannot be guaranteed, a replacement or refund will be issued
Do not use any product if you suspect it has been exposed to unsafe conditions.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
- Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible
- Late cancellations after packaging may be subject to a handling fee
